What are the beach rules for Motorised traffic in Bergen aan Zee?

Motorised traffic- only permit holders are allowed to drive on the beach and then only at the following times:

Summer: only before 10.00 and after 18.00.

Winter: Sundays and official holidays; only before 10.00 and after 18.00
Other days: the whole day

There are two periods for which different periods apply;
The Summer period runs from 1st May until 1st October.
The Winter period is from 1st October until 1st May.

The beach is also divided into zones according to use and or permitted activities. These zones are indicated by boards on the beach.
